1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Emirates Movrs.

• “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or entity using our moving and related services.

• “Services” includes packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, storage, and any other related services provided by Emirates Movrs.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Emirates Movrs.

• A valid booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed.

• Quotes provided are valid for a limited period (typically 7 days) and may be subject to change if details of the move change.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule before or on the moving day unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other specified methods.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services, delays, or changes requested after booking confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the volume, nature, and value of goods to be moved.

• All items must be packed securely; if packing is done by the client, the company is not liable for damage to improperly packed goods.

• Notify us of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items requiring special handling.

• Provide access to the premises at agreed times for loading and unloading.

• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals for moving goods are in place.

5. Company Responsibilities

• Emirates Movrs will provide professional, careful, and timely moving services using trained staff and appropriate equipment.

• We will take reasonable care to protect your goods during packing, loading, transportation, and unloading.

• We will communicate any delays or issues promptly.

• Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the Insurance and Liability section below.

6. Insurance and Liability

• We recommend that clients arrange insurance coverage for their goods during transit and storage.

• Emirates Movrs provides limited liability coverage as per UAE regulations; full insurance coverage can be arranged upon request at additional cost.

• We are not liable for damage or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, theft, or improper packing by the client.

• Any claims for damage or loss must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

• In case of inability to deliver goods on the scheduled date due to such events, we may arrange storage at the client’s expense.

8. Storage Services

• Storage services, if requested, will be charged separately as per the agreed terms.

• Goods stored remain the client’s responsibility, and Emirates Movrs is not liable for damage or loss unless caused by our negligence.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled moving date to avoid cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move may incur a fee up to 50% of the total service cost.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable charges.

10. Subcontracting

• Emirates Movrs reserves the right to subcontract any part of the moving services to trusted partners without prior notice.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

• We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

12. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing and improving our services and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Amendments

• Emirates Movrs reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
